Why did I do it?

Diary entry

Why must I sing the American national anthem when I am not suppose to. Why.

I really regreted. I cannot stress it more.

At first, I did it just to make my teacher, homeroon teacher angry so that I will get a transfer and do not have to face her . I cannot stand her lessons. Forever so boring. always only literature and books on her mind. Who reads them?? Only bookworms!! I do not want to be one. I just wanted to get her to sort of relax. But it turned out to be a disaster.

The whole country was talking about the matter and people often gave positive comments to me. Yes I was the centre of attraction but I did not feel good. Very uncomfortable. Firstly, my teacher was given many horrible comments. Quite a number of them even asked the school to fire her. This was like a slap on her face. Thanks to me.
As a result of my actions, the principal, vice principal, deans were kept extremely busy. They had to answer many calls from reporters and the public making clear their points, when they could have been discusing about school matters and the welfare of us students . I think that my act have caused the school reputation to be tarnished. Sort of.
My friends who were one of my bests ,quarreled with me . They said that my teacher was a good teacher. In fact the best. And that all these misfortune should not have befallen on her. All mine fault. Now most of my friends tease me, asking me to lead them in singing the American national anthem. Truly hurting my feelings.
So I hope that none of you will ever follow my footsteps. Being the centre of attraction is not always good. Think twice before doing things. Really.

Flying to school or work anyone???

Most Singaporeans wake up early on weekdays to get a chance to get up the bus or train as it will get very crowded at a certain time..They will grumble if they are unable to do so. I am sure you will also feel this way. Oh typical Singaporeans. You are not the only ones who have this problem.
A country Indonesia has the same problem but their problem is on crowded roads.Indonesians have to take hours just to get to their offices. So what do they do? Not grumble of course! With traffic jams eveywhere, locals of that country have gotten frustrated and have resorted to taking helicopters to offices.Yes, helicopters.
You may think that this is an expensive way of travelling but if you think it in the buisnessman's way it may not seem so. Time equals money. Buisnessmen are not willing to waste precious time on traveling.Especially very successful buinessman who are able to make thousands or hundred thousands an hour. So spending some money to take a helicopter is worth it.
After reading whatever I have written, will you take the helicopter to school or work if you have the chance to?? Isn' it cool??

My reading habits

"Reading is important" you might have heard this from an adult such as a teacher or your parents. Most students might think that this is boring but actually ithe saying is true.

I must abmit that I used to think books are only for the bookworms. Thus I hardly touched them. My parents often told me or "begged" me to look at them . 1page , 2 pages ?But I simply refused. Just do not want to be a bookworm.

As time goes by, we become mature and think more like an adult. Books are like a collection of knowledge. The first time I became interested in books was when I was in Primary 5(or was it 6). I was reading a book which I was being rewarded with for doing well in school, primary school .This book was so good that I felt as if I was in it.

Since then, I loved books .Any books. But as time goes by I became picky, very picky. Books that managed to catch my attention had to pass many elimination rounds, many. At any point of time that the book seemed boring, it will be eliminated. I also read the newspapers but as usual, I only pick interesting ones. Mostly from their title.

Having said so much what are your reading habits??
